To make a reservation or inquire about room availability, call us at 210-220-1092, contact us via e-mail, or send us a fax at 210-220-1093 and we will reply to you shortly.

A valid credit card number is required, and a deposit equal to one night's room plus tax will be charged to that credit card when the reservation is made. We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. (With advance notice, a deposit may also be made with a money order, or personal check).

Cancellation Policy: There is a 7-day notice required to cancel or change a reservation. A refund will be credited, less a $35 service charge, if a reservation is cancelled by 6pm 7-days prior to arrival. Bookings of 2 or more rooms will require a 14-day notice to receive a refund. If the above requirements are not met the deposit will be forfeited by the guest. Failure to show or cancel the reservation will result in a charge for the entire balance of the reservation. In the event a stay is shortened after a guest arrives, a penalty of one night and a minimum of 72-hour notice of the intended departure is required to avoid being charged for the entire length of the reservation. (The penalty applied will reflect the full rate of the room and not a negotiated or discounted rate.) We reserve the right to change this policy based on individual confirmation notices.
